  This was our first visit to this restaurant. The hostess was very sweet and attentive as we entered. The decor was interesting and atmosphere enjoyable.
  Our waiter was good and helpful. I had a create your own pasta dish as did my friend. Hers was with the pesto which unfortunately left a 1/4" of oil in the bottom of her pasta dish.
  She was told they had just started using this recipe. Our thoughts are they should work out the recipe in the kitchen and not on the clientele.
  I ordered the chocolate cake and ice cream for dessert but the cake was actually a sheet cake and very dense. They heat it before serving. So if you like that sort of thing.
  Our waiter was very attentive and handled the concerns appropriately.
  Upon leaving we stepped out onto the dark porch and no light on the stairs. This is a safety issue I hope they address it.
